Ajarn Tonboon deeply reveres Bodhidharma — the Indian monk who brought Chan (Zen) Buddhism to China. On 11 May 2026, after the main event, we brought Ajarn to two sacred places in Singapore each featuring a different depiction of Bodhidharma.
阿赞顿布对达摩祖师深怀崇敬——达摩是将禅宗佛法从印度带入中国的圣僧。2026年5月11日，主场活动结束后，我们带领阿赞参访了新加坡两处供奉达摩祖师的神圣场所。

Lian Shan Shuang Lin Monastery · Toa Payoh大巴窑โทอาปาโยะ
Singapore's oldest Chinese Buddhist monastery and a National Monument, founded in 1898. It is the largest and most complete Southern Fujian Chan Buddhist complex outside China, modelled after Xishan Temple in Fuzhou. Features the 29-metre Longguang Pagoda and magnificent Hokkien woodcarving. Open daily 8am – 5pm, free entry. Address: 184 Jalan Toa Payoh, Singapore 319944.
新加坡最古老的汉传佛教丛林寺院，国家古迹，1898年创建。是中国境外规模最大、格局最完整的闽南禅宗丛林，仿照福州西禅寺建造。设有高29米的龙光宝塔及精美木雕。每日8:00–17:00开放，免费入场。地址：184 Jalan Toa Payoh, Singapore 319944。
